2010 Vice President's Program
Special event the evening prior to Winter Drive-in

Because of the limited response, the ICAA VP Session scheduled for Thursday, January 21, has been cancelled. The ICAA Drive-In on Friday is a go and should be an excellent program. We are trying to reschedule Attorney Bill Nolan to be a speaker at the Summer Conference in July. Thank you.

Vice Presidents are invited to a special workshop the evening before the Winter Drive-in on the 9th Floor of Amstutz Hall on the campus of Ashland University. This workshop will focus on “Employee and Labor Relations for 2010.”

Bill Nolan, attorney with Barnes & Thornburg, L.L.C. in Columbus, will be presenting the following topics:
• What happened to the 2009 legislative agenda
• Nonstop developments in the area of employees’ use of technology
• Top proactive steps to take in 2010

The presentation will begin at 4:00 p.m., followed by dinner and an open discussion with Mr. Nolan after dinner. Participants are invited for evening refreshments at Jake’s Restaurant, located at 1040 Sugarbush Drive.

Price is $50 per person, which includes dinner, the program and handout materials.

Overnight accommodations are available at the Holiday Inn Express in Ashland (419-281-2900) for a special rate of $89.00. Mention "AU ICAA" when making your reservations directly with the property. Rooms will be held at the special rate until January 7, 2010.
