2010 Winter Drive-in Workshop
It will be a day full of 'Great Expectations'!


We want to thank everyone for a great workshop! Here's a Summary of the event, as preparded by Mark Zust.

Join your colleagues on January 22nd for an exciting ICAA Winter Drive-in Workshop entitled, Great Expectations: How to create an amazing future by embracing change and strengthening communication.

Held in the Myers Convocation Center on the campus of Ashland University, the event begins at 9 a.m. Throughout the day, we'll experience a highly interactive program which addresses managing expectations in today’s work and economic climate, strengthening internal communications and managing change. Presenters for the day are Mark and Christine Zust of Zust & Company.

Individual topics to be presented include:
● Managing Expectations : The importance of understanding and managing expectations
● A Communications Primer: Activity to help identify goals and motivators of executives and team members and will provide tips on how to tailor messages to each group
● Group Communication: Encouraging more powerful discussions among team members by creating a safe space for open dialogue and using a thought-provoking question
● Change Your Mind: Learn techniques to broaden your perspective and physically expand your mind.

This workshop is designed to entertain and reinforce the message that perception is reality!

Christine Zust has more than 30 years of experience in communication and marketing management in the private and public sectors. As President of Zust & Company, Christine specializes in strategic communication, planning, and positioning consultation, and also provides corporate facilitation and professional development programs. She had a distinguished career in marketing Cleveland through management and leadership positions with the Greater Cleveland Growth Association (now the Greater Cleveland Partnership) and the Convention and Visitors Bureau of Greater Cleveland.

Mark Zust has more than 30 years of experience as a brand specialist, educator, writer, speaker, trainer, and facilitator. His varied experience centers on his ability to solve problems creatively and to teach others how to do the same. He has held ownership or upper management positions in three graphic design firms and three universities, including as a tenured professor and program chair in the College of Arts & Sciences at Bowling Green State University. Mark has authored two books, Smarten Up! a survival guide for high school and college students and ESP For Everybody, a primer on intuitive intelligence for academic professionals and business people.

The cost for the day is $75 per person, which includes breakfast, lunch, the programming and all handout materials.
