2011 ICAA Summer Conf ---- Mark your Calendar Now!
Experience Ohio's newest State Park lodge!

Next year's ICAA Summer Conference, set for July 27-29, 2011, promises to be another great one, as we return to the beautiful new Lodge and Conference Center at Geneva State Park. Located in the resort community of Geneva-on-the-Lake, this is a unique and fun location, on Lake Erie, which has exceptional conference facilities and lodging options. The quality of our programming and presenters is expected to be truly outstanding again next year.

As always, a nine-hole golf outing, shopping excursions, local tourist attractions, some of Ohio's finest wine country and other recreational activities will be available to provide you with opportunities to network outside of the great educational programming being offered at the conference itself. Family members are welcome to attend along with you and this is a very family-friendly location.

Mark your calendars now and plan to attend! Please let me know if you are interested in being on the summer conference committee, have suggestions for the venue or programming, or, if I can be of assistance in any way.

Conference costs and deadlines:
Conference registration will include all meals from Wednesday’s dinner through Friday’s breakfast and all programming and materials related to the educational sessions. Conference registration will open in the spring, but mark you calendar now and make plans to attend.

Spouses and guests who do not plan to participate in the Summer Conference sessions are welcome to join us for meals and enjoy The Lodge at their leisure. Please indicate the meal(s) they plan to share when registering. You may pay with two credit cards; for instance an institutional card for the conference and a personal card for guest meals and/or golf.

Lodging details and deadlines:
There will be a special ICAA rate for rooms at Lodge and Conference Center at Geneva State Park. Single or double occupancy is available. Reservations must be made on your own and will be available starting in the spring of 2011. In order to get our special rate and be guaranteed lodging, reservations are to be accompanied by a deposit equivalent to one night’s room. Deposits may be made by check or credit card.
