Announcing! The 2008 ICAA Fall Drive-in Workshop, entitled STEWARDSHIP: What Difference Does it Make?, will be held Friday, November 14^th, at Baldwin-Wallace College in Strosacker College Union, Berea, Ohio. Beginning with a 9:30 a.m. breakfast, sessions will include: Intentional Stewardship – What Does Stewardship Mean and Why Is It Important?, Institutional Stewardship – Making It Work at Your Institution, The Stewardship Toolkit and the Importance of Correspondence, and a “Firing Line” to answer your stewardship questions. Register now to join us! Our presenter is Julia Emlen, principal of Julia S. Emlen Associates, who has more than a dozen years’ experience in advancement and fundraising. She is a frequent presenter at CASE conferences and holds the CASE Crystal Apple Award for Teaching Excellence. Julia is the author of Intentional Stewardship: Bringing Your Donors to Their Highest Level of Philanthropy. Registration Fee is $50 (includes breakfast, buffet lunch, and sessions). The ICAA Reception at CASE V in Chicago is December 15th and the 2009 Summer Conference is July 29-31 at the Hilton at Easton in Columbus, Ohio! A full spring schedule of drive-ins will be available soon. And, it’s never too early to nominate someone for the Newcomer or Mentor awards.
