Identifying the desired future state of your advancement or alumni engagement program can be tough. Clearly articulating the steps you need to take to reach the stated end result is even harder. Staying laser focused on the most important priorities is a daily challenge.
A strategic plan (or roadmap) can help you on your journey. Chris will review a strategic planning framework that can be applied to any size program or institution no matter the resource levels. Included in the framework are the following elements: Values, Vision, Mission, Priorities, Strategies, Tactics, Goals, Metrics, and Action Plans.
